This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Cyprus

If you purchased the wrong service or you have just changed your mind and don 't want to get the service before it started, you can always contact our support via email – support@ungrinding.com and report your problem. We will bind ourselves to find a solution that will satisfy your needs or will issue a refund using your original payment method.

If your original payment method is non-refundable, Ungrinding reserves the right to refund with a store credit for an amount equivalent to the refund amount.

1. SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED

1.1 Sometimes unexpected situations might happen. If there was any reason why we couldn’t execute your order (from our side) – there are different ways to fix the problem. We can offer you another service for a price not exceeding the one you have already paid (or with some extra from you). We can complete your service at a later date (if that is possible). 1.2. If you choose another service which is cheaper than the one you’ve already paid for – we will refund you the difference between those two prices, or will refund 100 % amount of the money that you paid. 1.3. Also, note that if service was done for 50 % for example, and If there is any reason why you don’t want to finish your order you will get only the rest 50 % compensation. 1.4. Regarding all questions about refunding money or changing your order: If you want to get a refund, please contact us using any of the contacts on our website. 1.5. Please make sure that you can produce the following information:
  • Your full name;
  • Your order ID;
  • Order date;
  • The sum you paid and the payment method;
  • The reason for your appeal.

2. ACCEPTABLE TERMS FOR A REFUND OR CHANGE OF THE SERVICE

2.1. Upon ordering, you agree that period for the return and / or exchange of the purchased services is 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of payment. In the event of a dispute regarding the timing of handling, refund, or exchange and if we cannot reach an agreement through correspondence via email – support@ungrinding.com, further consideration of the debate can be continued in court on the basis of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.
